The medical and mental health fields are notoriously emotionally and time intensive. Those who work in these fields (“providers”) must manage the needs of those they treat in addition to their own needs. We understand how difficult this can be. We pair medical and mental health providers with SLBMI clinicians who have a specialty in assisting them.

- Providing trainings to health care organizations and/or professional providers (e.g. at their workplaces, as part of a mental health/medical society meeting, etc) to include topics such as:
- Managing burnout and secondary impacts
- Working with high-risk and/or difficult patients
- Crisis response
