TIPS
Our Team Members will call or email you back within a few business days with additional information. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible, but we do experience very high call volumes.
To respect your privacy, our Team Member will attempt to call or email you back one time but they will not continue to try to reach you without a response.
If you do not have a voicemail set up on your phone, we recommend providing us with another method of contacting you.
Calling repeatedly in an attempt to speak with someone live can be challenging and often leads to patient frustration as our team is on the other line helping other patients. Please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
In case of a mental health crisis, CALL 988 or seek the nearest emergency room.
Our team is monitoring inquiries during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ONLY. If you are experiencing a medical or behavioral health emergency, DO NOT use this form. In case of a mental health crisis, CALL 988 or seek the nearest emergency room.
