JumpSTART Intensive Outpatient Program

The JumpSTART Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a jumpstart into treatment by providing the tools you need now to make positive changes in your life.

Designed to help adults learn to cope with behavioral health issues, JumpSTART IOP provides extensive education and practice with fundamental Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) concepts and tools.

JumpSTART IOP is meant to be just that – a JumpSTART into treatment!

This is a time-limited Intensive Outpatient Program that focuses on giving clients the tools they need to make the changes they want in their lives, now.

The generalist education provided to clients through JumpSTART IOP has been uniquely informed by the specialty expertise of SLBMI clinicians.

JumpSTART IOP is a two-week program that meets virtually Monday through Friday, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m..

To get started, call our intake team at 314-289-9411 and ask about JumpSTART. We will schedule an initial evaluation to learn about you and determine if the program fits your needs. If not, we will recommend alternative care.

Why was this IOP developed?

JumpSTART was developed in recognition of the needs of patients in our own community who deserve timely access to high-quality, evidence-based treatment that is generalist in nature.

Many of our patients who present for services have needs that are not always best met within one of our specialty IOPS, or they are unable to wait a significant amount of time to be seen on an outpatient basis.
